It's previously owned and used and in good pre-owned condition with no stains, but there are about 4, very small unstitched parts inside of the waist band. A few stitches may just hold it well but they don't create any issue to wear the skirt. Also, it has some "old" smell probably due the the way of how the previous owner stored. Please note that this item isn't brand new and doesn't have tags. It's good to get it cleaned properly before you wear. It'll be kept in a plastic bag to prevent smell and dust.
