Downtown One è l’edificio più alto in Albania e il primo con certificato LEED (GOLD per il parte progettuale). Il concetto di MEP si basa sul progetto preliminare dal ARUP. (75.000 m2 di 5 piani per parcheggi sotterranei, 40 piani d’uffici e appartamenti lussuosi).
HYDRO&ENERGY ha fornito servizi di ingegneria per progetti preliminari e finali di idrico-sanitario, sistemi d’evacuazione dei fumi, sistemi di sprinkler e idranti antincendio, aria condizionata e ventilazione, approvvigionamento idrico, rete di acque bianche e nera.

Downtown One is the highest construction building in Albania and the first one with LEED certificate (GOLD for the design). MEP concept is based on the Development Design by ARUP. (75,000 m2 of underground parking’s, offices and luxury apartments).
HYDRO&ENERGY provided engineering services for Detailed Design of the plumbing services, fire jets and smoke evacuation, fire protection sprinklers and hydrants, façade rain collection, air condition, ventilation, site infrastructure, rain water collection etc.
