About Nikolin
Mr. Nikolin RISILIA has obtained MSc of Hydrotechnical Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Tirana in 1999. He is Co-founder and CEO of HYDRO&ENERGY, with more than 20 year of experience in consulting services, procurement and FIDIC contracts in national and international level. The main field of expertise have been focused in plumbing, water supply & sewerage and fire protection systems.
