Mr. Desart GJECI has obtained BSc of Hydrotechnical Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Tirana in 2012. He is Project Coordinator of HYDRO&ENERGY, with a lot of experience in project coordination and site management. The main field of expertise have been focused in plumbing, fire protection systems, and HVAC systems. Desart has been working with HYDRO&ENERGY since 2012.
